Dispute resolution

If there is a problem (damage, loss, disagreement):

  1. Users first try to resolve it via chat.
  2. If needed, DistroTravel intervenes.

Critical rule

If delivery has been confirmed, disputes are not allowed. If there is an issue, do not confirm delivery.

Evidence

  • Photos
  • Chat history
  • Receipts/invoices
  • Trip proof (boarding pass/tickets when relevant)
