DistroTravel delivery flow
The full process is organized into 5 main phases:
- Create supply & demand: carriers post trips, senders post packages.
- Match engine: both must accept a match to continue.
- Chat: coordinate pickup, delivery, item details, and price.
- Deal + payment escrow: carrier creates the Deal; sender accepts; payment becomes pending/escrow.
- Delivery tracking + payout: delivery page opens; status updates; confirmation triggers payout.
After confirmation: 85% to carrier, 15% to DistroTravel.
