Cancellation after Deal acceptance

After Deal acceptance and escrow funding, users cannot cancel on their own. Cancellation requires admin intervention.

Outcomes

  • Carrier fault: sender receives 100% refund; carrier may receive strikes/penalties.
  • Sender fault / not carrier fault: platform keeps the 15% fee. If cancellation is within 2 days of trip, an extra 10% penalty may apply to the responsible party.

Refund timing depends on the payment provider/bank.
